Same Day Mail
Same Day Mail is Delivered by an Across-The-Void agent within 6 – 12 hours from receipt of the message. Delivery is only available during daylight hours. Same day delivery may be limited in certain areas. Please check for delivery first before processing your message. The system will automatically check for service upon entering your destination zip code. A report of delivery is usually posted online within 24 hours and will automatically sent to your to you via email. Please click on the delivery code tab for delivery definitions. The cost for a same day delivered message is $50.00 and is limited to one full page. The price drops down to $39.00 for each message after the first ten in any monthly cycle. Next Day Mail
Overnight Mail will be delivered via the U.S. Postal service on the next day provided the message is in the mail stream by 5:00pm. The cost for an overnight letter is 9.95 for the first two pages. Letters with three pages or more are considered business overnight mail and incur a charge of 50 cents for each additional page. The price drops to $5.95 per letter for each letter over the first ten (10) in any monthly cycle..( see rates for more detailed information) ******* Please note that delivery is guaranteed to the U.S. Post office however, we can not guarantee delivery from the Postal Service **********
Certified Next Day Mail
Overnight Certified Mail will be delivered via the U.S. Postal service on the next day provided the message is in the mail stream by5:00pm. (different areas have earlier and later cut-off times). Pricing for certified overnight letters will be 9.95 for the first two pages, plus a $5.00 U.S. Postal certified fee. Letters with three pages or more are considered business overnight mail and incur a charge of 50 cents for each additional page. Certified overnight mail includes a return receipt mailed back to the sender with the recipient’s signature. Media Next Day Mail
Attach computer files to your overnight mail. Great for sending pictures, documents, program files, blueprints, recipes, etc. Follow the instructions to upload your files Across The Void. Data files will copy to a mini cd or USB memory stick which is included with your overnight letter. Stating the obvious, in order to read a mini CD the recipient has to have a computer with a cd reader and/or a USB port. Business Next Day Mail
Business Overnight mail consist of three (3) or more pages and are mailed in a flat 9 by12 envelope, Business mail will be delivered via the U.S. Postal service on the next day provided the message is in the mail stream by5:00pm. (different areas have earlier and later cut-off times). Pricing for business overnight mail is $13.00 for the first three pages, and 50 cents for each additional page. Customers that do ten (10) messages in any monthly cycle will see their rates drop to $7.95 per message over the first ten (10). Monetary Mail Next Day ******NOT AVAILABLE UNTIL 2010*******
Prepaid Master charge Gift card included with your overnight or same day letter/document. Gift cards are delivered un-activated. The recipient has to call an 800 number to activate the card and to prevent any fraud. Great for college students! (see rates for more detailed information)
